This exercise strengthens your whole powerhouse, legs, back and upper body.
- Target muscles: core muscles, back, buttocks, quadriceps and upper body.
- Strengthens your core as you keep your abdominals in as well as your upper body and back as you hold your torso off the floor. It stretches your back and quadriceps.
- Attention: Keep your head neutral as you perform the exercise. Be aware of your knees and back, don’t force the stretch.
