Leg Pull Down

This exercise strengthens your whole body, especially your core.

  1. Target muscles: core muscles, back, arms and legs.
  2. Benefits: strengthens your core as you pull your stomach in to keep the plank position. In addition, your back, legs and arms will get stronger as you hold yourself up moving the legs up and down alternating sides. It stretches the hamstrings, calves and feet.
  3. Attention: Be careful if you have back, neck or upper body issues. Always keep your head neutral in the same line with your torso.
