Double Straight Leg Stretch

This exercise is the first one of the series of five.

  1. Target muscles: core muscles.
  2. Benefits: strengthens your powerhouse as you keep your abdominals in and your back flat on the mat. It stretches the back of your legs.
  3. If you can’t keep your back flat on the ground avoid lowering your legs too much. Always connect with your body, and feel your core and back as you perform the exercise.
